I have installed TDO Mini Forms and it is working admirably. It will accept citizen journalism without registration but requires moderation. Give it a go at http://www.gregsweb.info/cms/ – The Community Journalism’ page is under the ‘Community’ menu item. O on the front pagence moderated, it appears as a normal post on the front page where I can promote it to the sticky ‘headline’ or ‘featured’ category. Thanks for your help.
